Bidders can make offers on individual properties or on multiple.
The sales process will be as follows:
- Interested parties will be provided with an Information Pack, Process Document, and NDA.
- On signature of the NDA, parties will be provided with access to the full Due Diligence Pack.
- All parties will be afforded until midday on the 14th of December 2022 to conduct their Due Diligence and engage with their financier ito any finance requirements.
- Viewings can be arranged with 48hr notice during working hours.
- Unconditional offers are to be submitted on the pre-approved sale agreement by 12 noon on the 14th of December 2022.
- Bidders need to provide proof of funding.
- The offers will be opened in the presence of the Broker, Seller, and appointed Conveyancer. (STBB)
- The winning bidders will be advised of their accepted offer by COB on the 19th of December 2022.
