Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Lead all aspects of auction mandates within the province the company, ensuring adherence to legal and financial regulations.
- Ensure seamless execution of transactions by coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the auction process.
- Business Development for Sales:Identify prospective sales opportunities within the province, utilizing market analysis and industry knowledge.
- Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the company's market presence and boost sales revenue.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key industry players to foster long-term partnerships.
- Reporting: Deliver regular reports detailing auction activities and sales progress to the head of auctions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving set objectives.
