Client Relationship / Business Development Canvasser

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct canvassing calls to identify and engage potential new clients.
• Present our range of service offerings to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
• Meet and exceed targets for client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system.
• This role will entail contacting existing clients for constructive feedback on service levels, creating prospecting databases, and contacting prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Background in sales & telecanvassing, preferably in the property sector.
• Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone and in person if required.
• Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and own transport preferred.

Remuneration: Cost to company R15 000 salary and attractive commission structure on successful leads.
