Swindon Property is recruiting for a select Commercial & Industrial Property Broker to start within our well-established, dynamic, and specialist brokerage team. The position offers a lucrative commission package.

The role of commercial and industrial property broker within our well-established, dynamic and specialist brokerage, has recently become available due to the expansion of our business. This entrepreneurial role would entail capitalising on engaging with high net-worth clients. Offering them a comprehensive compilation of property services, while upholding the company's core values:

The role requires an excellent understanding of the property industry, a reputable and proven sales track record, together with a drive to grow and develop a career within the commercial and industrial property sector.

An understanding of database and lead management with the added skill and ability to translate clients' needs into closing deals and maximising business deliverables will ensure success in this amazing opportunity!

The position entails capitalising on leasing and sales opportunities, to meet sales targets.

 

Competency in the below areas is critical:

- Engagement with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers to leverage and secure deals.

- Manage and build up a qualified database and become a specialist in your area.

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients.

- Negotiate and conclude commercial property sales and leases.

- Generate leads through Swindon's marketing platforms.

- Canvass tenants and property owners.

- Attend events and network for referrals.

- Set up appointments and viewings with clients.

 

Preferred requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification.
  • 3-5 years property or relevant sales-related experience.
  • A proven, successful track record is essential.
  • Competency with MS Office.
  • Own transport, mobile phone, and laptop are necessary.
  • In KwaZulu-Natal - knowledge of and willingness to work in the CBD or Pietermaritzburg. Fluency in English and Zulu is beneficial. 
  • in Gauteng- knowledge of and willingness to work in: Cresta, Northcliff, Fairland, Weltevreden Park, Roodepoort.
